(“American Rebel” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AREB) highlighted the continued improvement in the stockholders’ equity as part of the recently filed Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2025. This level exceeds the Nasdaq Capital Market continued listing equity standard of at least $2.5 million under Rule 5550(b)(1).

  • American Rebel moved from a stockholders’ deficit of $(3,127,891) as of June 30, 2025, to positive equity of $3,378,257 as of September 30, 2025, an improvement of approximately $6.5 million. The June 30, 2025, deficit was disclosed in the Company’s Q2 2025 Form 10-Q.
