NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-7-105, notice is hereby given for a public hearing to be held by the Tipton County Legislative Commission, Monday October 12, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. in the Tipton County Justice Center, 1801 South College Street. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. The hearing is to receive input in the following items:
- Amend The Zoning Resolution of Tipton County, Tennessee by Amending Section 2.020 (Definitions) in Article II, Section 4.320 (Data Storage Center Or Cryptocurrency “Mining” Operations Development Standards) in Article IV and Section 5.058.C.11 (Uses Permitted As Special Exception) in Article V.
A copy of the text amendments can be viewed at the Tipton County Building Inspector’s Office during regular business hours.
